Arrangements in place during the last financial year for identifying, planning and meeting the training needs of staff employed by the service provider. Relax Care operates a governance-led training system across all services. Needs are identified through Regulation 73, 74 and 80 oversight, check-ins and safeguarding learning. Training is planned against regulatory, role and risk requirements, delivered via digital, classroom and supervised practice. Compliance is actively monitored, and staff are not deployed unless met. Competence is verified through observation, with continuous refinement from service learning.
Arrangements in place during the last financial year for the recruitment and retention of staff employed by the service provider. Relax Care operates a controlled recruitment and retention system across all services. Recruitment follows a structured safer recruitment process, screening, interview, checks, onboarding, induction and supervised practice. No staff undertake unsupervised work until compliant. Retention is supported through consistent rotas, postcode-based runs, check-ins and responsive leadership. Workforce decisions are informed by governance systems to ensure stability, continuity and sustainable deployment
